My team and I are focused fully on your success. I do not want you to have to make an investment decision every time advice or counsel is needed. Therefore, as a client, you are charged a set fee or retainer in advance for specific projects, tasks and deliverables plus a small percentage of the growth that is achieved because of the work that we do.

HOW DOES YOUR CONSULTING PROCESS WORK?

Small Business ConsultingThe first step is a telephone meeting. We will have a discovery conversation to see if having a consulting meeting is beneficial. If the answer is yes, we will have a 2-4 hour breakthrough session where I will uncover your objectives, create measures of success and uncover areas where we can create immediate leverage immediately. The fee for the initial discovery session is very minimal at $1000. I fully guarantee that if I am not able to uncover 10X the value of what you invest during this session, your investment will be fully refunded.

When you like what you see and you want my help and guidance in implementing the results we discuss in your business, we will create a conceptual agreement which outlines the challenges you are facing in your business. You will review the agreement to ensure we are on the same page and have the same understanding of the tasks and deliverables. Upon approval we will create the small business consulting agreement based upon a list of solutions that most fits your vision, goals and budget.
